  1. Homework

The school believes strongly in the value of appropriate and relevant after hours school work at all levels. Such activity is a valuable reinforcement of classroom teaching and helps in the development of self-motivation and self-discipline. However, the school bears in mind that to develop the mind, spirit and being of our students they require time after school to attend to family matters and pursue their many non-academic interests. To this end, the school will ensure that any "out-of-class" work that is issued is necessary and relevant.

It is important that parents communicate with the school if home assignment is incomplete or taking students longer than sensible. The school understands that there will be times when a student is unable to complete homework. If a child cannot complete homework for any reason, parents are asked to send a letter of explanation with their child to the teacher. A message in the diary is sufficient.

Hence parents are requested to send the books strictly as per the class timetable for the day.
